Programs

Jiu-jitsu

Our jiu-jitsu program focuses on solid fundamentals and high-quality decision-making under pressure. Learn to create and control space, secure dominant positions, and set up effective submissions, all within a safe and supportive community environment. Whether you’re brand new to jiu-jitsu or an experienced competitor, you’ll benefit from our technical and detailed approach.

kickboxing

Our kickboxing program emphasizes stance, balance, positioning and movement as the basis that supports effective decision-making, defense, and offense. We primarily use partner drilling and pad work to learn to throw and defend strikes effectively. Sparring is optional, never required. These classes are open to all skill and experience levels.

Boxing

Learn the fundamentals of boxing through footwork, head movement, defense, combinations, and proper punching technique. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced fighter, classes are structured to help you build your skills at your own pace.

Two mixed martial artists in a cage fight. One fighter with tattoos on his arm is blocking a punch from the other of whom is wearing black shorts and black gloves, with the words 'FIERCE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIPS' visible on the shorts. The fighter with tattoos has a shaved head, and the other fighter has short brown hair.

Mma

Our MMA program is where it all comes together. We focus on the transitions between striking and grappling, and sport-specific scenarios like wall wrestling to develop a well-rounded style that works just as well for the cage as it does for self-defense. MMA classes are open to everyone from curious beginners to experienced competitors.

Kids striking

Kids learn the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing, including proper stance, footwork, punches, kicks, defense, and combinations in a fun, safe, and structured environment. No previous martial arts experience is required, and classes are designed to help every student build skills and confidence at their own pace.

Kids Jiu-jitsu

Kids learn takedowns, grappling, positional control, escapes, and submissions while developing coordination, confidence, and problem-solving skills. Classes are appropriate for beginners and experienced students alike, with instruction adapted to each child's age and ability level.

Morning Training

Starting Monday, October 12th, our morning training program will bring the same high-quality instruction and supportive atmosphere to an earlier schedule.
